4. The order processing time is counted from the moment of obtaining information about the payment authorization. If the Customer selects payment by bank transfer, electronic payment or payment card – from the date of crediting the Seller’s bank account.
5. In the event of a need to replace the exchange for a transaction made by the customer with a card, the seller will return it to the bank account for the payment card of the Ordering Party.
6. A consumer who arranged agreement at a distance or off-premises, has the right to withdraw from it without delivery within 14 days.

8.Products will be shipped by Polish Post. Possible delivery options and their price list:
Poland – $ 5
Europe – $ 10
USA and rest of the world – $ 20
Delivery times depends on the Polish Post. We can not be responsible for prolonging of it.

Shipping disruptions and return policy

  1. If the product is returned due to failure of delivery to us by the post office – buyer needs to pay the shipping costs again for shipping to be made.
  2. If the product is returned due to failure of shipment – we will reship it at our expense.
  3. If the product is lost or damaged in shipping we carry no responsibility for operations of courier. Please follow up with your local post service. We can help by following on our side however once it leaves Poland – Polish post office says that they did their part and it has been passed on to another carrier.
